Kathy Taylor, a Burlington resident for the past 20 years, has an extensive background in residential, corporate and commercial real estate. She sold residential real estate in the Bristol area for many years and then worked in the Corporate Real Estate Department of The Stanley Works for seven years.

Kathy ventured into third party management of office and retail properties for local and national property management firms such as, Konover Management Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield and Koll Management. Most recently, Kathy became the property manager for the former Collins Axe Company in Collinsville, working closely with the new owner, James Tilney, on the upcoming redevelopment of the complex.

Kathy has completed the necessary courses through the BOMI Institute (Building Owners and Management Association) to obtain a property management designation. She has also been a very active member of The Real Estate Exchange, a member organization of the Network of Women in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Network), serving as President of the local chapter and as delegate for the national organization.

As a Justice of the Peace, when her busy schedule permits, she has performed weddings throughout the State of Connecticut for the past 16 years.
