Kim has been a full-time CT Realtor since 1998. In 2004, she continued her education in Law and Appraisal and earned her CT Brokerage license. A native of Connecticut, Kim has resided in Canton, Torrington and currently New Hartford where she knows and loves the communities of Northwest Connecticut.

Kim's hands-on experience outside of the office adds to her in-depth abilities in real estate. Kim has been a landlord to income properties since 1986 allowing invaluable guidance and advice to her investor clients. Having been involved in her family's remodeling businesss she has acquired the skills to assess homes beyond the abilities of most Realtors. Not only has Kim been successful in remodeling and property management of her own properties, she and her husband designed and constructed their own custom home with little help from outside contractors. She has spent the better part of twenty-years involved in construction and has developed a keen eye for home design, staging and remodeling.
